About Me
My name is Sabrina Grover
I’m a licensed therapist who helps individuals make sense of the patterns that keep them stuck; whether in relationships, work, or their own minds.
I support individuals facing a variety of challenges, such as anxiety, OCD, depression, major life changes, relationship struggles, suicidal ideation, self harm, identity exploration, grief, and loss. I also work with families and have experience helping clients navigate the unique pressures of high intensity careers.
My approach blends psychodynamic and interpersonal insight with evidence-based tools like CBT and DBT, all grounded in warmth, curiosity, and collaboration. For more specific trauma work, I use both EMDR and Lifespan Integration.
This is a space to understand yourself more deeply, heal what’s unresolved, and start moving toward the life you actually want, not the one you think you should want. I have a warm, nonjudgemental approach.
